Rental of Old Quarters for Day Time Meeting:

*$150.00 Old Quarters Fee; Monday - Thursday 'till 5:00 p.m. and Friday 'till 4:00* p.m. If reserving room for daytime Meeting/Luncheon a $150.00 + tax, + 15% staff fee + cloth/glass rental, minimum is required (no outside food is allowed to be brought in).

If you book Old Quarters for your wedding reception for the months of January, February or March our minimum is lowered from $1500.00 to $1000.00 for your food, cake & beverage.

*Rental of Old Quarters or Main Street Café for Evening Party/Dinner/Meeting with catered food (or without if just using for an evening meeting): $300.00 for room fee + cloth rental, this covers room set-up/tables/chairs & cleaning fee.

*Rental of Old Quarters for a Wedding Ceremony and Reception is $500.00 or Reception only is $300.00 + food, etc., {If you need to use OQ for a rehearsal the day before for 1 hour w/ me/us present, the fee is $100.00, Contingent on availability.

*"How It Works" Example: If you have a dinner party for 40 people and your menu equals $22.50 per person, then your price is $900.00 + tax + staff labor fee + rental + room fee, and this meets our "minimum" price requirement to do that type of party, as listed below.

*MINIMUMS: Evening Party/Dinner-Meeting is a minimum of $900.00 (for Old Quarters or Café) +++, + room fee. (*) see restrictions below

*Wedding Receptions at Old Quarters is a minimum of $1500.00 +++, + room fee.

*Off Premise Wedding Catering, such as Allandale, Oaks, or a private home etc. is $2000.00 minimum +++.

*Thanksgiving Weekend party/wedding/dinner minimum of $1250.00 to $2000.00 +++, + room fee.

*December Weekend party, dinner or wedding minimum of $1250.00 to $1500.00 - $2000.00 +++, + room fee.

December Weekday party or dinner is a minimum of $1000.00 to $1250.00 +++, + room fee.

*Main Street Catering is the exclusive Caterer at Old Quarters ~ No other outside food will be allowed.

*The above prices and minimums apply for MAIN STREET CATERING @ Old Quarters, Main Street Café & for Off Premise Catering, there are variables that can change this up or down.

*Equipment charges can include Microphone-Speaker System, Slide Projector, plus other rental needs; such as: cloth linens, dishes, etc.; these will be itemized to you in advance & added to your bill total. We have a 5 changer CD player system available, a heavy black iron easel, a projector screen & cart available for your use. Prices subject to change.
